オールデータDL注文時、アスリートビブス(ナンバーカード)が一致するが含まれていない写真がある場合（If photos matching your Athlete Bib (Number Card) are missing when ordering "All Data Download"）

マラソンやトレイルラン、自転車競技など、固有の番号が書かれた「アスリートビブス(ナンバーカード)」(※「ゼッケン」と呼ばれることもあります）を身に着けて参加するイベントのみ、「アスリートビブス(ナンバーカード)検索」を使って、番号に紐づけられたご自身の写真をまとめて購入できる「オールデータDL」という商品があります。

※「アスリートビブス(ナンバーカード)」を身に着けて参加するイベントであっても販売していないイベントもございます。
※「アスリートビブス(ナンバーカード)」の数字データを識別できる写真のみが該当番号に紐づくため、番号の一部が隠れているなどの理由で、数字情報が読み取れない写真は含まれません。

番号に紐づいていない写真で、「アスリートビブス(ナンバーカード)」の数字がはっきりと読み取れ、確実にご本人であると判断できる写真を見つけた場合で、その写真も注文希望の場合には、必ずご注文前に、写真番号を明記のうえ、弊社サポート窓口へメールまたはお電話でご相談ください。

※ご希望のお写真すべてを紐づけることのお約束できかねますのであらかじめご了承願います。
※番号の一部が見えない、読み取れない場合は写真を紐づけることはできません。
※小さく映っている、番号は読み取れるが顔が確認できないなど、ご本人と識別できない場合も紐づけることはできません。
※区分別・時間帯別の写真が公開されていないイベントでは、アスリートビブス検索で表示されない写真を紐づけることはできません。

※一部例外のイベントがございます。

For events where participants wear an assigned number—such as marathons, trail runs, and cycling races—using an "Athlete Bib (Number Card)" (sometimes referred to as a "race bib"), we offer a product called "All Data Download." This allows you to purchase all photos linked to your bib number as a package using the "Athlete Bib (Number Card) Search" feature.

＊Please note that "All Data Download" may not be available for all events, even if an Athlete Bib (Number Card) is worn.
＊Only photos where the bib number can be clearly recognized will be linked. Photos where part of the number is covered or otherwise unreadable will not be automatically included.

If you find an unlinked photo where your Athlete Bib (Number Card) is clearly readable and you can be definitively identified, and you wish to include it in your order, please contact our Customer Support via email or phone before placing your order, specifying the relevant photo number(s).

• Please note in advance that we cannot guarantee all requested photos can be linked.
  Photos cannot be linked if part of the bib number is hidden or unreadable.
• Photos cannot be linked if the individual cannot be clearly identified (e.g., if you appear too small in the frame, or if the bib number is visible but your face is not).

• For events where photos are not published by category or time slot, photos that do not appear in the Athlete Bib search cannot be linked.
