ダウンロード可能期間はご注文から45日間です。お早めにご自身の端末に写真データをダウンロードしてください。
ダウンロード期限を過ぎた場合にはデータアルバムのページからダウンロード期間延長のリクエストが可能ですが1枚ずつ端末に保存する必要がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
【ダウンロード期間延長のリクエスト方法】
1．ダウンロード期限を過ぎると「マイページ」の「データアルバム」の該当写真が「ダウンロードする」というボタンから「再ダウンロードを申し込む」へ変更となります。
2．「再ダウンロードを申し込む」のボタンを押すと、メールが送られますので受信フォルダを確認してください。
3．メール本文のURLをクリックしてください。
※ログインができない場合はログイン画面に切り替わるのでログインをしてください
4．「データアルバム」から該当の写真を確認し、「ダウンロードする」のボタンを押してダウンロードしてください。
Files are available for download for 45 days from the order date. Please download your photo files to your device as soon as possible.
If the download period expires, you can request an extension from the Data Album page. However, please note that you will need to save photos to your device one by one.
[How to Request a Download Extension]
1.Once the download period expires, the "Download" button for the photo in "Data Album" (under "My Page") will change to "Apply for Re-download".
2.Tap "Apply for Re-download". An email will be sent to you, so please check your inbox.
3.Click the link in the email.
*If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page. Please log in to proceed.
4.Locate the photo in "Data Album" and tap "Download" to save it.
