【プリント商品の場合】
商品はご注文日から10日以内の発送を予定しており、工場から出荷後、「出荷手配完了のお知らせ」メールをお送りいたします。
※以下の内容が含まれるご注文につきましては、さらに日数がかかる場合がございます。
・フォトブック、特殊素材を使用した商品
・1年以上前に開催されたイベントの写真（ダウンロードデータ含む）
＜出荷完了のメール配信からの到着目安＞
・メール便：3～8日前後
・宅配便・代引き：1～5日前後
※GW・年末年始・長期休暇などは更に日数がかかる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
上記目安を経過しても届かない場合には、出荷手配完了メール配信後30日以内に必ず、注文番号を明記のうえ、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
【ダウンロードデータの場合】
ご注文後、お写真を約30分程を目安にご用意いたします。
お写真のご用意ができ次第、注文履歴、データアルバム、ダウンロードメールからダウンロード可能です。
メールが届かない場合は、マイページの「注文履歴」もしくは「データダウンロード」に反映されますのでご確認ください。
※再掲載中のイベント写真の場合や、注文時の備考欄にコメントを入力された場合など、ご注文状況によっては翌営業日以降となる可能性があります。
※ダウンロード可能期間はご注文から45日間です。お早めにご自身の端末に写真データをダウンロードしてください。
※ダウンロード期限を過ぎた場合にはデータアルバムのページからダウンロード期間延長のリクエストが可能ですが1枚ずつ端末に保存する必要がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
≪注文履歴からダウンロード≫
※一括で写真をダウンロードする場合は「注文履歴」からダウンロードをお願いします。
1.「三本線」を押す。
2.「マイページ」を押す。
3.「注文履歴」を押す。
4．表示された写真を押し、データ商品ダウンロード欄の「写真をダウンロードする」を押す。
≪データアルバムからダウンロード≫
※1枚ずつ端末にダウンロードする必要があります
1.「三本線」を押す。
2.「マイページ」を押す。
3.「データアルバム」を押す。
4.表示された写真を押し、「ダウンロードする」を押す。
≪ダウンロードメールからダウンロード≫
※1枚ずつ端末にダウンロードする必要があります
ダウンロードデータをご注文のお客さまには、ダウンロードURLとダウンロードキーをお届けしていますのでダウンロードURLからお写真のご確認をお願いします。

ダウンロードURLメールが届かない場合、受信拒否設定になっている可能性がございますのでご確認をお願いします。

[Digital Downloads]
Photos will be ready approximately 30 minutes after your order is placed. Once ready, they can be downloaded from your Order History, Date Album, or via the download notification email. If you do not receive the email, please check your Order History or Date Album section in My Page.
*Processing may take until the next business day or later depending on your order status, such as for re-published event photos or orders with comments entered in the remarks field.
Note: Files are available for download for 45 days from the order date. Please download your photo files to your device as soon as possible.
If the download period expires, you can request an extension from the Digital Album page. However, please note that you will need to save photos to your device one by one.

≪Downloading from Order History≫
*To download all photos at once, please use the Order History page.
1.Tap the menu icon (three lines)
2.Tap "My Page"
3.Tap "Order History".
4.Tap the displayed photo, then tap "Download Photo" in the "Digital Product Downloads" section.
≪Downloading from Date Album≫
*You will need to save photos to your device one by one.
1.Tap the menu icon (three lines)
2.Tap "My Page"
3.Tap "Date Album".
4.Tap the displayed photo, then tap "Download Photos"
≪Downloading from the Notification Email≫
Note: Photos must be downloaded to your device one by one.
Customers who ordered digital downloads will receive a download URL and a Download Key. Please check your photos via the download URL.
If you do not receive the email with the download URL, please check your email filter or spam settings to ensure messages are not being blocked. For estimated delivery timeframes for the download URL and Download Key, please check the following page.
