一部のマラソンイベントを対象に、「アスリートビブス(ナンバーカード)検索」を使って、番号に紐づけられたご自身の写真を探す方法のほかに、登録した「顔写真」を使って写真を検索する方法があります。
※「顔で探す」機能が利用できないイベントには「顔で探す」の項目は表示されません。「区分で探す」など表示されている項目から写真をご確認ください。
※あくまでもご自身の写真を探しやすくする機能です。写っているすべての写真を検索する機能ではございません。また、機能の特性上、他の方の写真も混ざって検索結果に表示される場合がございます。あらかじめご理解とご了承をお願いいたします。
For select marathon events, in addition to using the "Athlete Bib (Race Number) Search" to find photos linked to your number, you can also search for photos using a registered face photo.
*Note: For events where the 'Search by Face' feature is unavailable, the 'Search by Face' option will not be displayed. Please check your photos using other available options, such as 'Search by Category.'
*Note: This feature is designed solely to help you find your photos more easily; it is not guaranteed to find every photo you appear in. Additionally, due to the nature of the feature, photos of other participants may occasionally be included in your search results. We kindly ask for your understanding.
「顔で探す」機能を利用できるイベントの場合は、以下の画面が表示されます。
※「顔で探す」の選択肢が表示されず、「顔写真を登録するボタン」が表示されていない場合は、「区分で探す」など表示されている項目から写真をご確認ください。
【顔写真の登録手順】
1.「顔写真を登録する」ボタンを押す。
2.「写真を選択」を押して、ご自身の端末の写真フォルダに保存されている「顔が正面ではっきり写っている写真」を選ぶ。
3.顔写真のプレビューが表示されたら、「顔写真データの取扱いについて」をよく読み、同意のうえチェックボックスにチェックを入れる。
4.「この写真を登録する」ボタンを押す。
5.「この写真で検索する」ボタンを押して、検索結果を確認する。
▼検索結果が表示されない場合
写真を変更して再度お試しください。また、アスリートビブス検索もお試しください。
機能の特性上、ご自身の写真以外も表示される可能性がございます。あくまでもご自身の写真を探しやすくする機能のため、あらかじめご理解とご了承をお願いいたします。
▼顔写真を登録できない場合
・複数の人物が写っている写真の場合、登録ができません。お1人で、顔がはっきり写っている写真を登録してください。
・ブレている写真やアングルが遠い写真などは、顔が識別できない場合があります。顔がはっきり写っている写真を登録してください。
・6MB以上の写真は登録ができません。また、特殊なファイル形式の場合は登録ができないケースがあります。6MB未満で、JPEGやPNGなどのファイルを登録してください。
※iOSをご利用の場合、拡張子「HEIC」がもしくは「HEIF」の写真を登録する場合は、ブラウザは「Safari」を使ってオルスポサイトにアクセスし、顔写真の登録をお試しください。
For events where the 'Search by Face' feature is available, the following screen will be displayed.
*Note: If the 'Search by Face' option is not displayed and the 'Register a face photo' button is not shown, please check for photos using other displayed options, such as 'Search by Category.'
[Steps to Register a Face Photo]
1.Click (or tap) the "Register Face Photo" button.
2.Click (or tap) "Select Photo" and choose a clear, front-facing photo of your face from your device.
3.Once the photo preview appears, carefully read the "About the handling of face photo data" and check the box to agree.
4.Click (or tap) the "Register this photo" button.
5.Click (or tap) the "Search with this photo" button to view your search results.
▼ If no search results are displayed
Please try changing your photo and searching again. We also recommend trying the "Athlete Bib (Race Number) Search."
Note: Due to the nature of this feature, photos of other people may occasionally appear in your results. This feature is intended solely to help you locate your photos more easily, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
▼ If you cannot register your face photo
Photos containing multiple people cannot be registered. Please register a clear photo featuring only yourself.
Faces may not be recognized in blurry photos or photos taken from a distance. Please register a photo where your face is clearly visible.
Photos larger than 6MB cannot be registered. Additionally, some specific file formats may not be supported. Please register a standard file format, such as JPEG or PNG, that is under 6MB. *Note for iOS users: If you are registering a photo with a ".HEIC" or ".HEIF" extension, please access the ALLSPO site using the "Safari" browser to try registering your face photo.
