On Thursday, April 30, 2026, ALLSPO completed a site migration in our ongoing effort to deliver a faster, clearer, and easier photo-search experience.
＜主な変更点＞
1.会員情報について
会員登録時に「居住地国」の入力が必須となりました。
※旧サイト「オールスポーツコミュニティ」で必須項目としていた「都道府県」の入力は不要となりました。
2.アルバム機能について
旧サイト「オールスポーツコミュニティ」のアルバム機能は、「データアルバム」と「お気に入り」機能に変更となりました。
※「オールスポーツコミュニティ」でアルバム機能に保存されていたサムネイル画像データは「オルスポ」に引き継がれません。あらかじめご了承ください。
3.注文履歴について
「オールスポーツコミュニティ」の注文履歴は引き継がれません。
発行済みのダウンロードURLとダウンロードキーは、オールスポーツコミュニティからのダウンロード案内メールをご確認ください。
※「オールスポーツコミュニティ」でご注文いただいたダウンロードデータは、ご注文日から90日間のダウンロード期限があり、期限の延長はできません。

5.ダウンロード期限について
ダウンロード可能期間はご注文から45日間となりました。
※ダウンロード期限を過ぎた場合にはデータアルバムのページからダウンロード期間延長のリクエストが可能ですが、1枚ずつ端末に保存する必要がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
6.廃止機能について
・Yahooログイン
・購入者向けアンケートメールの配信
※ALLSPO（オルスポ）では購入者へのアンケートをお願いするメールの送信は取りやめております。
今後、サービス向上のため、新たにお客さまからの声をサービスに活かせる仕組みづくりの検討をおこなってまいります。

1. Member Information
Entering "Country of Residence" is now required during account registration.
*Note: "Prefecture" is no longer required.
2. About the Album Feature
The Album feature on All Sports Community has been updated to "Data Album" and "Favorites".

3. About Order History
Order history from All Sports Community will not be transferred.
For previously issued download links and download keys, please check the download notification email sent from All Sports Community.

5. Regarding the Download Deadline
The available download period is now 45 days from the date of your order.
Note: If the download deadline has passed, you can request an extension for the download period from the Data Album page. However, please be aware in advance that you will need to save each photo one by one to your device.

Note: ALLSPO currently no longer sends survey emails. To improve our service moving forward, we are exploring new ways to collect customer feedback and apply it to our platform.
