ALLSPO（オルスポ）サイト（Webサイト上）から削除してほしい写真がある場合は、理由を添えて「写真の非掲載依頼」をしていただけますようお願いいたします。
※非掲載にした写真は、すべての方が、閲覧／購入および購入済みデータのダウンロードができなくなりますので非掲載対応ができない場合もございます。
【操作手順】
1．非掲載依頼をしたい写真を開き、下方にある「この写真を非掲載にしたい」を押してください。
2．非掲載依頼ページが開いたら必要事項を記入し、お申込みフォームの「お名前」、「アスリートビブス番号」（※アスリートビブス番号がない場合もございます）、「非掲載理由」を記入のうえ、「個人情報に関する公表事項 および プライバシーポリシー に同意する」にチェックを入れて「写真の非掲載を依頼する」ボタンを押してください。
3．「非掲載依頼受付完了」画面が表示されたら、依頼完了です。
依頼受付後、弊社からメールで状況のご連絡をいたします。
※注意事項
一部マラソンイベントなどで、数日かけて写真を公開している場合がございます。
すべての写真の公開をご確認いただき、追加のご依頼がある場合は必要に応じて写真番号を明記のうえ、改めて「写真の非掲載依頼」をしていただけますようお願いいたします。
If there is a photo you would like removed from the ALLSPO website, please submit a Photo Removal Request along with the reason for your request.
*Please note: Once a photo is removed/delisted, it will no longer be available for anyone to view, purchase, or download (including previously purchased digital data). For this reason, we may not be able to fulfill all removal requests.
[Step-by-Step Instructions]
1.Open the photo you wish to remove and click "Request to unlist this photo " at the bottom of the page.
2.Once the Photo Removal Request page opens, enter your Name, Bib Number (*Note: Bib numbers may not be applicable for all events), and Reason for Delisting. Check the box for "I agree to the Personal Information Disclosure and Privacy Policy," and click "Request Photo Delisting."
3.Once the "Photo Removal Request Received" screen appears, your request is complete.
After your request is received, we will contact you via email regarding the status.
[Important Note]
For certain events such as marathons, photos may be published gradually over a period of several days. Please wait until all photos from the event are uploaded. If you have any additional requests, please submit a new Photo Removal Request and include the specific photo numbers as needed.
