注文が確定されると、8桁（例：12345678）の注文番号が表示されます。
ご登録のメールアドレスに「ご注文完了のお知らせ」をお送りしますのでご確認ください。
【注文内容を確認する方法】
以下のいずれかの方法でご確認ください。
- ALLSPO（オルスポ）サイトでログイン後、「マイページ」にある「注文履歴」から確認する
- 注文確定後すぐに登録アドレスへお送りしている「ご注文完了のお知らせ」を確認する
- ご注文内容の確認ページで「注文番号」と「注文時の電話番号」を入力し、確認する
【注文番号が不明な場合】
ALLSPO（オルスポ）サイトでログイン後、「マイページ」から「注文履歴」を確認できます。
マイページの注文履歴に該当の注文が見当たらず、注文番号が注文確定後の画面で確認できなかった場合や、「ご注文完了のお知らせ」を受信しておらず、注文ができているか不明の場合はお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。
お問い合わせの際は注文状況の確認のため、以下情報を記載の上ご連絡ください。
- 注文時に入力した氏名
- 注文時に入力した電話番号
- 注文時に入力したメールアドレス
- 注文した写真のイベント名
- 操作した日時
Once your order is confirmed, an 8-digit order number (e.g., 12345678) will be displayed. An "Order Confirmation" email will also be sent to your registered email address, so please check your inbox.
[How to Check Your Order Details]
Please check your order details using one of the following methods:
Log in to the ALLSPO website and go to Order History under My Page.
Check the "Order Confirmation" email sent to your registered address immediately after placing your order.

Enter your Order Number and the phone number used for the order on the Check Order Details page(ご注文内容の確認ページ).
[If You Do Not Know Your Order Number]
You can check your Order History under My Page after logging in to the ALLSPO website.
If the order does not appear in your Order History, you could not verify your order number on the confirmation screen, or you did not receive an "Order Confirmation" email and are unsure if your order went through, please reach out to us via the Contact Form.
When contacting us, please include the following details so we can verify your order status:
Full name entered at checkout
Phone number used for the order
Email address used for the order
Event name of the ordered photos
Date and time of the transaction
